1. IP & OWNERSHIP
• 1.1 Final Product: The Client will obtain ownership of the final work product only after the full and final payment has been received by CanYourLogoDoThis?.
• 1.2 AI-Generated Limitations: Please note that CanYourLogoDoThis? cannot guarantee the trademarkability or copyright exclusivity of AI-generated content.
2. SUBSCRIPTION & MODIFICATION FEES
• 2.1 Monthly Subscription: A Monthly Website Modification Subscription is available for $100 per month.
• 2.2 Additional Fees: All website modifications requiring media editing or strategy planning require an additional fee of $100 per modification.
3. REVISIONS & CHANGES
• 3.1 Base Services: Base services include specific, predefined revisions (e.g., two logo revisions, one video revision).
• 3.2 Additional Revisions Pricing: Any revisions beyond the base service allowance will be billed at the following rates:
• 1 Additional Revision: $25
• 2 Additional Revisions: $50
• 3 Additional Revisions: $100
4. PAYMENT TERMS & REFUND POLICY
• 4.1 Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is strictly required upon booking to initiate services.
• 4.2 Final Payment: The remaining 50% non-refundable payment is due immediately upon completion of the project.
• 4.3 No Refunds: Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be issued after services have been completed.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & PROJECT TIMELINES
• 5.1 General Obligations: The Client is obligated to provide all necessary materials, text, and specific direction required for the project.
• 5.2 Material Readiness Requirement: Please have all necessary media materials ready upon booking.
• 5.3 Material Lag Policy: Once the agreed service begins, any requested materials from the Client that have not been received within 24 hours will activate a $25 additional payment penalty before the service continues. If the $25 payment is not received, the service may be canceled at the sole discretion of the CanYourLogoDoThis? staff or contractors.
6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
• 6.1 Deliverable Satisfaction: Client agrees not to hold CanYourLogoDoThis? liable for deliverables not matching personal preference.
• 6.2 AI Media Accuracy: Customer agrees that AI-assisted media does not guarantee 100% accuracy, nor resemblance to any desired person or persons at all times.
7. TERMINATION & LEGAL COMPLIANCE
• 7.1 Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by applicable state and federal laws.
• 7.2 Termination: Termination clauses apply, including the right for CanYourLogoDoThis? to terminate the agreement for non-compliance with these terms.
8. SPECIAL CLAUSES
• 8.1 Agreement Term: The terms of this Service Agreement apply per individual invoice.
